Marble & Granite
in Lahore.
One house, two addresses, five hundred slabs on racks — and thirty years of floors that still get compliments. Start here, then go deeper.

Buy from the house,
not the middleman.
Most stone sold in Lahore has passed through two or three hands before it reaches a customer — a trader who bought the block, a fabricator who cut it, a shop that sold it on. Every hand adds a margin, and more importantly every hand adds a place for accountability to disappear when something goes wrong.
We are the production house itself. Quarry-direct Pakistani stones bought at the face in Balochistan, KPK and Gilgit-Baltistan. Imports selected at origin rather than bought sight-unseen from a container photograph. Our own gang saws, our own eight-stage polish line, our own Italian CNC, our own installation crews. One margin and one accountable name.
This page is the starting point. Below it you will find the specific guides — which marble suits Lahore, which granite, and what actually happens inside the factory — because the honest answer to “what should I buy” depends entirely on what you are buying it for.

01Best Marble in Lahore
Which Stone to ChooseHard water, 45°C summers, pre-monsoon dust and a household that mops daily — Lahore is harder on marble than any brochure admits. Six stones ranked for these conditions specifically, plus the four questions that separate a quotation you can trust from one you cannot.

02Best Granite in Lahore
Kitchens, Stairs & OutdoorsGranite is bought for what it does. Which stones survive a Lahore kitchen, which finish keeps a driveway safe in monsoon rain, and why polished granite on exterior steps is genuinely dangerous here. Six granites ranked by the job rather than the price.

What a visit
actually looks like.
Almost nobody chooses stone well from a phone. The single most useful thing you can do is come and stand in front of it, and it takes less time than people expect.
Send your drawings or measurements on WhatsApp beforehand and we will have the relevant stones pulled and standing when you arrive — that alone saves an hour of walking racks. Over five hundred full slabs stand upright at Harbanspura, lit roughly as they will look laid, so you can read the movement across a whole slab instead of guessing from a four-inch sample.
Put your shortlist side by side in daylight. Ask to see the actual lot your order would be cut from, because stone varies between lots and that is the difference between the floor you pictured and the one that arrives. For book-matched work we lay the pairs out on the yard floor and photograph the sequence for your approval before a single cut — the one decision in a stone project that genuinely cannot be undone.
You leave with a written, itemised quotation: material, cutting, edge work, delivery, installation, and the wastage percentage assumed. Usually the same day.
“The price we quote is the price you pay — measured, itemised, and confirmed in writing before a single cut.”

Two addresses,
and what each is for.
The showroom and factory sits on Main Canal Road, Rehman Pura, Harbanspura. This is where you come to choose: the racks, the sample wall, the team who will talk you out of the wrong stone as readily as into the right one. Open Monday to Saturday, eight in the morning until seven in the evening.
The production facility is at RUDA — Turkey Road, near Chahar Bagh, off the Ring Road. Sixty-six thousand square feet of gang saws, polishing line and CNC. It is a working industrial site rather than a shopfront, but clients with large or technical projects are welcome to watch their material being cut, and several of our corporate clients make a point of it.
Installation runs across DHA, Bahria Town, Model Town, Gulberg, Cantt, Johar Town and the wider city, by crews who have set our stone for a decade. We do not subcontract fixing — the joint that follows the veining and the joint that ignores it look completely different, and only one of them was laid by someone who cared.
Beyond Lahore, we deliver across Pakistan and dispatch container-scale export orders from Karachi Port to more than forty countries.
Harbanspura gallery — 500+ full slabs, Mon–Sat 08:00–19:00.
RUDA facility — 66,000 sq ft, by arrangement.
WhatsApp your drawings — itemised quotation, usually same day.
Indicative Rates · PKR per sq ft
What it costs,
honestly.
We deliberately do not publish a fixed rate per stone. Any exact figure printed on a website is out of date within months — the currency moves, quarry output changes, and a number that was honest in spring quietly misleads by autumn. Ranges are the truthful form: they show you where our rates actually sit without claiming a precision that does not survive contact with the market. These bands shift too, which is why the only figure that binds either of us is the one written on your quotation.
| Stone | Cut-to-size / flooring | Full slabs |
|---|---|---|
| Ziarat White | Rs 120 – 500 | Rs 600 – 2,500 |
| Sunny White | Rs 100 – 150 | Rs 350 – 600 |
| Sunny Grey | Rs 75 – 95 | Rs 200 – 450 |
| Badal | Rs 75 – 95 | Rs 200 – 450 |
| Local Black Granite | Rs 150 – 1,500 | — |
Why the ranges are wide — the same stone prices very differently by format and grade. Cut-to-size flooring, full slabs, stair treads, vanity tops and full gangsaw pieces are effectively four different products from one block. Grade within a stone varies as much again.
Ranges shown for guidance. The price we quote in writing is the price you pay.
Questions we answer daily
Where can I buy marble in Lahore?
At our showroom and factory on Main Canal Road, Rehman Pura, Harbanspura, where over five hundred full slabs stand on racks. Open Mon to Sat, 08:00 to 19:00. WhatsApp +92 321 8473726 to have specific stones pulled before you arrive.
What is the marble rate in Lahore?
Indicative bands are published above, per square foot. The figure that applies to you depends on format — flooring, full slab, stair tread or vanity — and on grade. Send measurements on WhatsApp for a written, itemised quotation, usually the same day.
Which marble is best for a Lahore home?
For most homes, Ziarat White — dense enough for our hard water and proven in this climate. For busy households, Sunny Grey is more forgiving. Our Best Marble in Lahore guide ranks six stones for these conditions specifically.
Do you install as well as supply?
Yes. Our own crews install across Lahore and Pakistan, and we do not subcontract fixing. Book-match layouts are approved before cutting, and material is cut at RUDA before delivery so site work is laying rather than measuring.
Are you a factory or a shop?
A factory with a showroom attached. We buy blocks at the quarry, saw and polish them at our 66,000 sq ft RUDA facility, and cut them on Italian CNC — rather than buying in finished slabs and reselling them.
Do you handle commercial and mosque projects?
Yes — from private villas to mosques, bank branches, hotel lobbies and corporate interiors. For large floors we reserve a single quarry lot so colour holds consistent, and phase deliveries to your site programme.
Which areas of Lahore do you deliver to?
All of them — DHA, Bahria Town, Model Town, Gulberg, Cantt, Johar Town and beyond, plus delivery across Pakistan and container-scale export from Karachi Port.
Can I visit the RUDA production facility?
Yes, by arrangement. It is a working industrial site, so let us know in advance and we will schedule your material on the line while you are there.
Why don’t you publish exact prices?
Because a fixed figure on a website is misleading within months — currency, freight and quarry output all move, and a rate that was accurate when it was typed quietly becomes a false promise. Ranges are the honest version: wide enough to stay true, narrow enough to be useful. Even these bands change with market conditions, so the figure that counts is the one we put in writing against your measurements.
