Mosaic is what happens when marble stops being a surface and becomes a pattern. Cut from the same blocks that floor our villas and mosques, then set by hand into geometry that a plain slab can never carry — borders, medallions, backsplashes, hammam floors.

What is marble mosaic?
Small pieces of natural marble cut to a repeating geometry — basketweave, herringbone, hexagon and similar — and set onto mesh sheets so they can be laid as a unit. The stone is identical to our slab marble; only the format differs.
Where is marble mosaic best used?
Bathroom floors and walls, kitchen splashbacks, borders framing a plain floor, and hammam or wet-room areas where small formats give better drainage falls and more grip than a large slab.
Can you make a custom mosaic pattern?
Yes. Patterns and medallions are drawn, approved, then CNC-cut at our RUDA facility. Bring dimensions and a reference image and we will return a cutting plan and sheet layout before fabrication begins.
Is marble mosaic slippery in a bathroom?
Less than a large polished slab, because the grout lines between pieces give grip and drainage. For wet rooms we usually recommend a honed rather than polished finish, which improves it further.
How is marble mosaic priced?
By the square foot, and it varies with the stone used, the complexity of the pattern and whether the piece is standard or bespoke. Send the area and pattern and we will quote in writing.
